Oregon DMV finds cases of people being registered to vote despite not showing proof of citizenship. This is the bureaucratic gift that keeps on giving. I swear, if the DMV asked a guy in a mask, holdin’ a bag fulla cash runnin’ outta a bank, if he was robbin’ the place, and he said no, they’d take his word for it.
