Portland and other Oregon cities will soon feel impacts of a failed transportation bill. Hey Democrat politicians! Quit bitchin! You’ve got nobody to blame but yourselves. YOU’RE the ones with a supermajority in both houses of the legislature. Maybe – just maybe – the voters who sent you to Salem’ll get tired of drivin’ through potholes, or gettin’ stuck in axle-deep snow in the winter ’cause ODOT can’t keep the roads plowed, and they’ll elect some common sense. If I were you, though, I wouldn’t hold my breath.
