Eugene’s proposed park rule changes spark backlash over impact on homeless residents. It’s about f⚡⭐⚡in’ time! We, the Taxpayers, paid for the establishment of those parks and open spaces, and we continue to pay for their maintenance and upkeep. In concept, they’re places that those same taxpayers can go so that they and their families can recreate in an outdoor setting with out havin’ to look at a bunch of drug and booze-addled bums and bumettes wanderin’ around like zombies talkin’ to themselves, or sprawled out in the tent next to their squalor pile that’s so massive, they can’t even throw a Frisbee around it. And by the way, those bums and bumettes didn’t pay a dime towards all the facilities and open spaces that they’re usin’.
