Treasury Secretary backs push to ban lawmakers from trading stocks. This push is nothin’ new, but come on. Lettin’ people who pass the laws that affect the financial ups and downs of this country’s stock exchange members is like hirin’ a fox to guard the henhouse. It should’ve NEVER been allowed. Members of Congress were elected by their constituents to be their voice and legislate on their behalf – not use insider trading to become multimillionaires. BTW: 97% of almost 11,000 people agreed with me.
