Travelers are furious over an unexpected fee suddenly appearing on airport receipts. Leave it to New York and New Jersey to pull somethin’ like this. Why don’t the concessionaires just man up and tack on the 3% because their state’s minimum wage went up like everybody else, instead of inventing another fee for consumers to question?
