Back in my Service Manager days, I remember having to follow federal EPA inspectors around the yard while they confirmed our equipment engine serial numbers matched those on a list they’d brought with them. As usual, havin’ manufacturers of ANY kinda vehicle or equipment jump through government regulatory hoops drives up the cost of whatever’s being produced. If you don’t believe that, give me a call.
