Those two factors, combined with a well-qualified candidate, might be just enough to usher in a return of common sense to this part of Oregon we haven’t seen since 1972.

And it’s more than loudspeakers bombarding your ears. If you happen to be in a commercial building trying to conduct business during prayer time, you’re stuck there until it’s over, and Lord help you if you get caught smokin’ during the 30 days of Ramadan.
