The interim president was cut from the same cloth as the original one, who bailed when they were told that if they didn’t straighten up and fly right, they’d lose their federal funding. Oregon officials challenge Trump’s election order as threat to democratic process. Only a cheatin’ f⚡⭐⚡in’ Democrat’d have problems with #45/47’s EO. Havin’ to produce an ID card to do anything in this country – to board a commercial flight, open a bank account, get a passport, buy beer (even when you’re over 70 years old), etc., etc., etc. is the norm. In Oregon (where vote-by-mail is the only option), it means they’ll have to push back the start date to allow enough time for all completed ballots to be returned and counted by the close of business on Election Day. So what’s the big deal? Election Day is Election Day. Not a week later, so people can see which way the votes are goin’ and mark their ballots accordingly before they send them in.
