This case is at the Supreme Court’s doorstep because of the left-leaning Ninth Circuit (their decisions’ve historically backed Oregon Democrats). Once again, this wetback lovin’ appeals court found that Arizona couldn’t verify a person’s eligibility to vote based on American citizenship. My hopes and prayers are with a positive, commonsense ruling from SCOTUS that will allow citizenship verification and apply to ALL states, not just Arizona.
