Oregon Senate delays vote on transportation bill for second time due to senator’s health. Now it’s 29 September. Keep in mind that the only reason the Democrat supermajority is doin’ this is that the bill won’t pass without the senator who’s still undergoing recovery after a medical procedure. And in a related expected development, Crazy Kotek has delayed the ODOT layoffs (once again) until 15 October.
