Should Facebook be financially liable for the youth social media health crisis? A majority of respondents said YES. I’m assuming all the “NOs” were people who’ve completely forgotten (or weren’t around for) the Big Tobacco settlement, when it cost the cigarette manufacturers a combined $246 billion for gettin’ people hooked on nicotine.

Under a new federal rule, colleges must leave grads better off or lose financial aid. And that’s the way it SHOULD be. There’re lemon laws against sleazy auto dealerships passin’ off pieces of junk as reliable transportation, so why should colleges be any different?
