As can be seen from the linked article, it’s obviously with the bums and bumettes, not with their children. There are laws in this country that won’t allow certain activities within so many feet of a school, yet these bum-lovers seem to have no problem with letting their kids walk past bums sticking needles in their arms, next to another one passed out in a drug-induced stupor, just trying to get to that school. None of this would be an issue if cities would invest in Transition Centers instead of programs that supply a steady stream of handouts that enable the bum’s continued domicile in their canvas condo communities. 4
