Whether anybody wants to believe it or not, the lawless cartels are runnin’ it. Besides the crushing poverty, another reason all the wetbacks are swimmin’ the Rio Grande to break into the United States. Mexico’s got more holes in the desert than Vegas does. If that’s your thing, and you’re desperate to get taken advantage of, robbed, assaulted, or killed, there’re plenty of crime-filled places to go right here in the United States.
