Ah, Denver – the next place to be FROM! Why? They just voted to give bums and bumettes $12,000 a year, with no strings attached – no requirement to get a job or show any progress that would ensure they’d graduate from the handout line by the end of that year. It doesn’t say where the $2 million came from that made this stack of free cash available, but you can bet your sweet ass that in some way, somewhere, somebody’s taxes are paying for it. 4
