Here we go – the first lawsuit has been filed against Biden’s “free” money and student loan forgiveness. As I reported, many states consider Biden’s student loan forgiveness taxable income. This suit is based on the premise that the plaintiff “will be stuck with a tax bill that makes him financially worse off than continuing with his current repayment program.” I can’t wait to see how this one turns out. 5 2
