A Chicago couple claim they have been the victims of a case of mistaken identity, being forced to pay a fine for a traffic violation that occurred in a car that doesn’t belong to them. I hope to hell they sue the pants off of the City of Chicago. Obviously, Lamebrained Lightfoot has left her mark on the city, and not in a good way.
