The public doesn’t haveta put up with some bum screamin’ at them when they’re out shoppin’ or dodgin’ piles of human shit when they’re walkin’ to their car, and the bums wouldn’t get shot and killed because somebody was mad as hell, tired of puttin’ up with ’em, and finally snapped.
