California sheriff loses it on major retailer for blocking cops from nabbing shoplifters. The country needs more of this. If enough of these stores get embarrassed and start doing the right thing, like having the county coroner show up to collect dead shoplifters that an armed security guard left on the floor, maybe this crime wave will turn around.
