International Criminal Court issues Putin arrest warrant over child deportations from Ukraine. Now the only question is, how’ll they drag ‘im out and get him to trial? The United States, probably the only country that comes close to having the assets to pull it off, isn’t even a member of the ICC, nor do they recognize its legitimacy.
