NC Supreme Court rejects voter ID law, state electoral map, claiming ‘racially motivated purpose.’ When the NC State Supreme Court changes complexion next year, they need to take another run at this, or somebody needs to kick it upstairs to the Supreme Court in Washington. For Christ’s sake – it’s common sense! Everybody needs to have a document that says they’re authorized to operate a vehicle, board a commercial flight, or legally hunt or fish. Why’s it such a high bar for these WPs to grasp the concept that a person needs proper identification to decide who they want to put in charge of spending their tax dollars?
