AI Disclosure Act would require all AI content to say: “DISCLAIMER: this output has been generated by artificial intelligence.” With all the publicity this issue’s received, one would hope both sides would get together behind this one. I still can’t believe I’m speaking in favorable terms about a piece of legislation proposed by a Democrat, but there ya go.
