This is PRECISELY why wolves were hunted out in the 1800’s. While the wolves were reintroduced in 1995, it took YEARS for Idaho to step up and begin reimbursing ranchers for losses caused by the predators. Were it not for the wolf-lovers, and their incessant demands to reestablish the carnivores, this whole situation could’ve been avoided. The sad part of the incident was the absolute waste – the wolves that were responsible didn’t even eat on the dead sheep. All they did was help feed the buzzards. Maybe common sense would return if the reestablished wolves would move into the suburbs and start taking some of the woke progressives’ dogs and cats. 3
