Betsy Devos on falling test scores: ‘This is appalling.’ 8th graders’ proficiency in US History is at 14%, and Civics is at 22%, and all Biden’s people can do is continue to blame the Chinese virus. I hate to break it to the overeducated asshole, but even though the pandemic contributed to the problem, those scores’ve been in trouble for much longer than the last three years.
