How e-bikes are exploding and killing people. What do electric cars, hoverboards, and bikes have in common? They have exploding batteries that catch fire, sometimes causing death. Where are all the earthfirster treehuggers? I don’t hear a peep outta them on the topic. Here’s a thought. They should’ve started diligently working on an alternative fuel (hydrogen or low-carbon e-fuel) 19 years ago. Instead, they bought into the whole EV thing. Now we’re raping the earth for rare minerals to build batteries and using third-world child labor to do it. And you know what? The earthfirster treehuggers won’t talk about that either.
