A 16-year-old Lexington high school student’s mom claimed he was suspended for three days after using the term “illegal alien” during an English class. For Christ’s sake! It’s the terminology used in the federal laws that govern this nation! Don’t believe me? United States Code, Title 8, Section 1101(a)(3), an “alien” is defined as any person who is not a citizen or national of the United States. Aliens who have entered the United States without permission or who have violated the terms of their admission are specifically identified under the law as illegal aliens. Are there any questions?
