There’s a chance they’re going to look at a case trying to cut state Supreme Courts full of Democrat-appointed or elected justices out of the loop. What’s that mean? Allow me to explain. In deep-blue states that’ve been run for years by a string of Democrats, over time, their Supreme Courts become packed with woke progressive, left-leaning members, who consistently rule in favor of liberals. Conservative states have sued, trying to remove biased state supreme courts from the equation, and make sure redistricting remains the jurisdiction of state lawmakers and immune from being overturned by state courts. Of course, that won’t help states like Oregon, where Democrats have a supermajority in both houses. It would only help if common sense returned to the state, and Democrats lost their power over Salem. 4
