The Biden administration has issued its rule on the public assistance that will and will not contribute to a legal immigrant being assessed as a public charge. What that means is, in a reversal or #45’s rules, Biden’s saying that just because an illegal alien is on food stamps, housing vouchers, or Medicaid, they’re not a burden on society. #45’s definition, which Biden threw out, defined “public charge” as an immigrant who receives one or more designated public benefits for more than 12 months within a 36-month period. In other words, according to Biden and his Democrats, it’s not enough that the illegal alien broke federal law to get here. Now we’ll look the other way, give them even more free stuff, and let them get a Green Card to boot. 3 3
