Here’s what that means: Suppose Biden built a defective tire and it blew out, causing a crash that totaled the entire vehicle. What Biden’s proposing is to pay the cost to replace the tire that failed, and make New Mexico buy a whole new car that was destroyed because the government’s tire blew out and caused the wreck. I don’t know why I’m surprised, when it’s Biden’s policies that’re letting tens of thousands of illegal aliens flood across an unsecured border and forcing states like New Mexico to use state money and give free rides and handouts to the broke wetbacks. 4
