Justice Jackson ripped for worrying about the First Amendment ‘hamstringing’ government: ‘Literally the point.’ With that line of thinkin’, how in the hell did she get on ANY bench, much less the United States Supreme Court? There’s a one-word answer to that: Biden. Once he recommended her, he had his White House goon squad go in the back door and beat the Senate into compliance so they’d confirm the nomination.
