After they melt into the American landscape, they start or join crime rings to show their gratitude, contributing to the $½ billion in reported shoplifting losses a year from one department alone. The across-the-board average annual loss for all stores is $11 ½ billion. So, I don’t wanna hear it from the WP bleeding-hearts when the cost of a tube of toothpaste jumps to $20, and you have to wait for an armed guard to unlock the security cage so you can put it in your shopping basket. Oh, and at that point, you’d better be done with all your shopping ’cause that guard’ll have to escort you to the checkout line to make sure you pay for it.
