Fines for absent Senate Republicans on hold as negotiations continue. “… you don’t negotiate those things away,” Kotek said on 30 May, and on 15 May, Wagner said, “We are not going to negotiate away 2002.” Sentiments and statements out of the Democrats like those are why there’s a logjam in Salem right now. The Democrats once again craft bills that run roughshod over conservative voters and try to shove them down the opposition’s throats. I certainly hope our commonsense senators have the resolve to hold out against the rabid anti-gun, transie-loving donkey’s asses and not compromise on our conservative values.
