This is OREGON news, but given the politics of the 7 counties west of the Cascades, OF COURSE, it appeared in national news ’cause local publication of the crowd in attendance booing a trans male winnin’ a girl’s event would rub the resident WP readers the wrong way. I mean, think about it. Eugene is fulla WP bleedin’ hearts, and it’s a real surprise that the crowd was pissed off enough about a wannabe girl winning that they booed him. It had to’ve been all the outta town tourists that came in for the meet.
