Oregon K-12 enrollment continues downward trend post-pandemic. Here’s a question: If the public high school graduation rate’s dropped to 81.3% since the Chinese virus, and enrollment levels are down, why haven’t our property taxes (PAYIN’ for those schools) decreased by a corresponding amount? Inquiring minds want to know.
