Interstate Bridge replacement is now estimated to cost $6 billion. For $6 billion, it better start in Vancouver, completely bypass Democrat, bum, and crime-infested Portland, and re-join I5 around Wilsonville. If given a choice, THAT’D be the route I’d use if I had a reason to travel back and forth to Washington.
