If I had to hazard a guess, I’d say the 22% of us who answered NO were the same ones who voted NO on Measure 110 when it appeared on the ballot. The ones who voted to take penalties off the table for druggies in this state were either users themselves or your average pie-in-the-sky WP Democrat. In a rare instance of reality slapping Oregon Democridiots in the face after four years of zonked-out stoners passed out on sidewalks everywhere, Salem FINALLY said enough’s, enough, and re-criminalized drug use and possession.
