ESF puts out encampment fire in West Eugene. Here we go again. Someone should start keepin’ track of the tax dollars spent on bum clean-up and puttin’ out bum-caused fires. Once all that money is totaled, subtract it from the $7 billion cost of buildin’ a Transition Center. Think about it. In general terms, any tax money spent on these bum-caused fires, bum canvas condo cleanup, or relocation needs to be considered as a credit towards the expenditure to build one of my Centers.
