People flee most counties — “Our whole block moved.” Portland and Multnomah County – the new places to be FROM. Pretty soon, they’ll “weird” their way out of a tax base. Once all the druggies and crooks take over, they need to put a fence around both, and they’ll have a hit movie on their hands. Then they have to see if they can get Kurt Russell to star in the sequel.
