Sheriff’s Office seeks help locating transient suspect, wanted for assault with rocks. This asshole is a posterboy for why we need Transition Centers. He’s obviously got some mental issues if he hits innocent people in the head with rocks. He needs to be in a fenced compound, surrounded by tumbleweeds and coyotes, isolated from the public.
