Oregon’s unemployed say they’re ‘stuck in limbo’ as state officials struggle following website transition. Definitely not ready for prime time. I don’t know why anybody should be surprised. Promotin’ their supposedly improved program is like braggin’ about a brand-new car that you can’t drive ‘cause it’s sittin’ on blocks.
