The commissioners locked in a tax without knowing what they would do with the money. Whatever happened to having a plan first, THEN figuring out a way to pay for it. Let’s see just how long this’ll take. Until they vote on an expenditure plan for the new tax, I suspect there’ll be a steady stream of lobbyists in line to meet with county officials trying to sway their vote. 2
