Oregon names potatoes as official state vegetable. Wait – you can’t make up this stuff. Isn’t IDAHO the one known for potatoes? So, what’s that say when Salem makes potato the official vegetable in a state where the better part of half the counties want to secede and join the other potato state? Do they think that’ll lure them back? If so, how in the hell did they EVER get elected? All those counties want to leave because of the bills that just caused a two-week walkout in the Senate and Republicans in the House that didn’t walk out because they care more about their state salaries than the people they represent. THAT’S what the Greater Idaho thing’s all about.
