Mass sweep of 200 homeless campers living near Bend could cost $300,000. Here’s a thought: If the City of Bend would’ve run off the bums when they STARTED their canvas condo development, they wouldn’t be out $300K now. So, once again, taxpayers are the ones left holding the bag because of a bunch of feckless politicians.
