New Oregon bills to address homeless camp trash and belongings. If governments everywhere would embrace my Transition Center concept, this wouldn’t be an issue ’cause the bum camps wouldn’t be there to sweep. In typical politician fashion, and as if we’re not spendin’ enough tax dollars on the situation, the proposed bill would have us spend MORE of the money we give the government to warehouse the material removed. You’ve GOTTA be kiddin’ me!
