Over half of addiction treatment programs in the state lack capacity to meet demand because they don’t have enough staffing and funding, according to testimony before lawmakers.” This is why Oregon’s listed as a blue state, and the reason Democrats have a supermajority in Salem. There aren’t enough people with common sense to cancel the airheaded votes of the woke progressive Democridiots. The ongoing faceplant of Measure 110 is a testament to that. 4
