Hanwha Qcells proposes giant solar project on Willamette Valley farmland. It’s bad enough that these tree-huggin’ earthfirsters want to displace agricultural land to plant their damned solar farms, but the fact that their strings are being pulled by the foreign manufacturer of the solar cells makes it worse.
