32 female student-athletes file federal lawsuit against University of Oregon. I’ve posted on this one before, but I’m revisiting the issue now that the lawsuit has gone to FEDERAL court. As usual, the U of O leadership snobs are so drunk on the money their men’s football program brings that they ignore the women’s rowing and volleyball teams. You don’t believe me? Here’s a tidbit from the linked article: ‘Male athletes are treated incredibly better in almost every aspect. This week, we could not practice because sadly and disturbingly, someone died near the public courts we have to use in Amazon Park. We cannot use the restrooms there, because they are not safe and sometimes people are in the stalls using drugs. But the men’s teams have full scholarships, multi-million-dollar facilities and budgets.’
