Eugene to raise stormwater fees in hopes of staving off some budget cuts. When are these Democrats gonna figure it out? You can’t get blood from a turnip. What they SHOULD be doin’ is performin’ a census-like survey, and only raising the rates for their fellow bleedin’ hearts.
