Say what you will, but I don’t think it was Oregon’s $3,300 voters’ pamphlet registration fee that kept #45 from submittin’ a statement. If I had to guess, they probably based the decision on what they know to be a Willamette Valley fulla Californian imported Democrats, who’ve given this state its blue coloration on every political map that’s printed.
