OREGON OBSERVATIONS 16 MAY 2022 Leave a Comment / Uncategorized / admin Re: This could only happen in a state Capitol drowning in Democrats. While the author was aware of the program, this article was the first seen highlighting the specifics of where the money will come from. The fund bankrolling Paid Leave Oregon is paid for by a 1%, 60/40 split between ALL employees (even if they’ll never use it), and employers. That means for every $1000 in pay, employees will have $6 taken out, while it’ll cost employers $4. It’s a state-level version of Lane County’s Transit Tax, where everybody has money taken out of their paycheck to make it easier for bums to ride the bus (or whatever LTD does with it), whether the EMPLOYEE rides the bus or not. Think about it. If you’re unmarried, you’re having money taken out of every check, even though you’ll never have a chance to use the annual 12 weeks off, because of birth or adoption of a child. How much longer is it going to be before anybody working in Oregon has money taken out of each check to pay into the “I don’t want to work, so give me free money” fund, AKA the deadbeat bank. 4 OREGON OBSERVATIONS 16 MAY 2022 Read More »

NATIONAL NOTES 15 MAY 2022 Leave a Comment / Uncategorized / admin Re: Here’s more proof that Biden used the Chinese virus emergency to shove through $2 trillion in spending immediately channeled into his greenie environmental agenda items. If you research it, you’ll find this isn’t an isolated instance, but only the latest in a string of revelations. For Christ’s sake – there were multiple blue states that used the COVID money to fund CRT curriculum in public schools. What’s that got to do with the pandemic? Apparently, about as much as electric school buses. 3 NATIONAL NOTES 15 MAY 2022 Read More »

DAILY DELIBERATIONS 15 MAY 2022 Leave a Comment / Uncategorized / admin Re: Here’s one for you. Frantic new mothers are complaining about a national baby formula shortage, and what’s Biden doing? He sends PALLETS of baby formula to the border so the illegal aliens he’s let in can have it for free. You can’t make this stuff up. If the Democrats in this country aren’t handed their hat in November, this country deserves what it gets. 2 DAILY DELIBERATIONS 15 MAY 2022 Read More »

DAILY DELIBERATIONS 14 MAY 2022 Leave a Comment / Uncategorized / admin Re: Hey Biden, you jackass! This is the way it’s done. Maybe you should send some of your lackeys down to Texas to take lessons in how to capture, process, convict, and put in jail illegal aliens. While you’re at it, why don’t you pay for a poll among border state residents who can’t leave the house unarmed because of your open borders and see how many will vote for any of your donkey’s-ass Democrats? If you ask me, those landowners should be suing YOU for all the damage the wetbacks’ve done to their property. 4 3 DAILY DELIBERATIONS 14 MAY 2022 Read More »
