DOJ sues Oregon over in-state tuition for undocumented students. Oregon is the latest state to face a lawsuit by the Trump administration over such policies. The federal government also filed similar suits Thursday against the states of Washington, Arizona and New Mexico, bringing the total number of in-state tuition lawsuits to 21.
